Waverly Internal Medicine and Weight Loss Announce Closing

PRLog (Press Release) - Aug. 17, 2012 - Waverly Internal Medicine and Waverly Weight Loss will be closing on August 17 due to relocation.  For the next month, the staff will be available to assist with any urgent healthcare needs or questions.  Contact the office number, 410-442-8065 or email help@waverlyinternalmedicine.com.  A detailed email will be sent to all registered office patients with information about records and transfer of care assistance.

Existing patients are encouraged to contact either Dr. Shakunmala Gupta at Patient Care MD (Columbia, MD), Dr. Betty Wang at BW Health Care (Eldersburg), or Melissa Walker, certified nutrition technician at the New Weigh Program (Eldersburg). Dr. Gupta will be seeing internal medicine patients, Dr. Wang accepts both weight loss and internal medicine patients, and Melissa Walker will exclusively see weight loss patients.
