Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from the Abruzzo region of Italy and is made from Gentile di Chieti, Leccino and Rustica Italian olives. This oil is cold pressed, all natural, and has a fruity aroma and taste.
Our Balsamic Vinegars are cured by aging in wooden casks according to Italian tradition, and brought to you in its progressively older Bronze, Silver, and Gold varieties. They are made from the juice (“must”) of Trebbiano grapes that are grown exclusively in the area surrounding Modena, Italy. The must is cooked slowly and develops character by aging in its wooden barrels, reaching ever greater depth and richness of flavor.
