Follow on Google News | Wisconsin Real Estate Board Approves ProSchools’ 2012 Continuing Education Courses.ProSchools, an OnCourse Learning brand, has been approved by the Wisconsin Real Estate Board to offer continued education courses.

The Wisconsin Real Estate Board requires real estate professionals to take 12 hours of regulated courses; listing contracts, offers to purchase, new developments and business ethics. ProSchools 18-hour renewal package includes the above-mentioned courses as well as two additional required elective courses. All licensed real estate professionals in the state of Wisconsin must renew their license every 2 years by December 14th of an even number year. The courses developed will apply for the 2011-12 biennium and must be completed by December 14th, 2012.
