“The new series lasts six weeks, takes place on the established day, at the usual time and in the same place — the calm and welcoming space in the beautiful St Patrick’s Recreation Centre in the grounds of the church after which Church Road is named.
“So my six new classes begin on Wednesday 12 September 2012, with the last class on 17 October. Each class will start promptly at 7.30pm and end at 8.45. And the price is still low at €75 for the series.
“I am looking forward to seeing my loyal practitioners and welcoming new enthusiasts as well.
“And — good news: I will be starting new Viniyoga classes in Bray, Co Wicklow, soon. I hope to announce these early in the week beginning 20 August. Check my website or watch for a fresh press release here.

These are gentle yoga classes suitable for men, women and teenagers. Special emphasis on breath in asana to create a rounded practice which both calms and energises.
