PRLog (Press Release) -
Aug. 17, 2012 - Music Together is a music and movement approach to early childhood music development for small classes of young children and their parent or other primary caregiver. Music Together focuses on basic music competence learned by experiencing music rather than hearing information about music. It is a developmentally-
appropriate, research-based, musically rich program taught by knowledgeable and dedicated staff.
Similarly, the Montessori philosophy focuses on the child learning by doing. Children are encouraged to discover concepts by using the beautiful and developmentally-
appropriate educational materials arranged in each classroom during uninterrupted blocks of work time. This approach encourages learning in young children during the stage when they are concrete, sensorial learners. Teachers are intensively trained in all aspects of each three-year developmental stage of learning.
Music Together and Princeton Montessori School are delighted to be working together in their common goals of educating young children's development in language as well as in the areas of cognitive, emotional, social, and physical growth. Enrollment is now open for Music Together parent/child classes being held at Princeton Montessori School. Please visit the Music Together website and select Princeton Montessori School as the location:
