Valensi Rose Attorney Geoffrey A. Weg Speaks on Income Tax Updates at Beverly Hills Bar Association

Aug. 16, 2012 - PRLog -- Valensi Rose, PLC tax and wealth planning attorney, Geoffrey A. Weg, will be a featured speaker at the Beverly Hills Bar Association’s Taxation Law Section luncheon on Thursday, August 23 at the Association’s office in Beverly Hills, California.     

Mr. Weg will speak on recent income tax developments, including new laws from the past year, as well as interesting Tax Court opinions and what tax legislation is expected in the year to come.
   
Mr. Weg is a tax attorney with the firm where he practices tax and estate planning, tax controversy, and general corporate law.  He is immediate past Chair of the Beverly Hills Bar Association Tax Section and is currently on the Executive Committee of the California State Bar Taxation Section.  Mr. Weg received an LL.M. in Taxation at Loyola Law School, graduating with Distinction.
   
In 2010, 2011 and 2012 Mr. Weg has been invited to join an annual delegation sent to Washington, D.C. to meet with officials from the Treasury Department and the Internal Revenue Service and judges with the U.S. Tax Court.
   
The Beverly Hills Bar Association Registration and Lunch is at 12:00 Noon at 9420 Wilshire Boulevard, 2nd Floor.  The program qualifies for CLE credit.
