PRLog - Aug. 16, 2012 - Recognizing a need for home buyer education, Realtors from First Team Real Estate and Loan Officers from Chase Bank will be filling this void. Beginning August 18th, they will be holding Home Buying Expos throughout Southern California. These events will give consumers the knowledge necessary to start their home buying process on the right foot. Not only will the local market & current available properties be discussed, but there will be loan officers onsite to start the pre-qualification process. They will discuss current government programs for down payment assistance, as well as a variety of loan programs to fit everyone's needs. These seminars are for everyone- including investors, move up buyers, first time buyers, and military and union buyers. Today's real estate market is changing and you need to know the right way to go about the process in order to get your offers accepted.
