Blanca Commercial Real Estate Tapped to Lease Waterford Centre Office Building in Miami

Aug. 16, 2012 - PRLog -- Miami-based brokerage and advisory firm Blanca Commercial Real Estate has been selected as the exclusive leasing agent for Waterford Centre, a 91,000 square foot class A office building at 6205 Blue Lagoon Drive in Miami-Dade County’s Miami Airport submarket. The assignment follows Boston-based real estate investment manager New Boston Fund’s recent acquisition of Waterford Centre and becomes Blanca Commercial Real Estate’s second listing on behalf of the institutional owner – with One Park Square at Doral being the first listing purchased by New Boston in late 2010.
Waterford Centre – located inside the 250-acre Waterford at Blue Lagoon corporate office park – was constructed in 1999 and has since attracted a strong roster of tenants, including Xerox, McAfee, Ricondo and Associates, Travel Traders and OMD USA. The building is currently 76 percent occupied.
