Sorority partners up with local organizations to gear up for 2012 Youth Day Event

Aug. 16, 2012 - PRLog -- Omega Rho Epsilon Sorority, Inc (ORE), an organization who is known for their remarkable  service in the community, looks forward to coming back a second time to volunteer for the 13th Annual Youth Day Celebration that will take place on Saturday, August 25, 2012 from 11am to 3pm and will be located on the Village Green (350 Victory Dr - behind the Village Hall) in Park Forest, Illinois.

There will be back to school supply giveaways, raffles, a story bus, entertainment from local talent, a DJ, inflatables, a stilt man and so much more.  In an email to ORE, Kevin Adams, Program Supervisor and Athletic Coordinator for The Village of Park Forest stated, "This year’s event, which is Saturday August 25th from 11am to 3pm, is expected to be a continuation of the success that has been achieved in years past." The event is indeed a success as they help so many children and families prepare for the upcoming school year.

ORE will have a table setup to provide information and register local teen girls ages 14-18 for their mentoring program, the E.S.T.E.E.M.E.D. Omega Orchids, a successful auxiliary program of the Sorority, that will soon start their next session of positive and uplifting workshops for the young ladies.
