Appletree Answers Named Top Workplace by Delaware News Journal For The Second Year in a Row

Aug. 16, 2012 - PRLog -- Wilmington, Del. – Aug. 13, 2012- Appletree Answers was recently honored for the second year in a row by the Delaware News Journal as being a Top Midsize Workplace in Delaware. This year, the company was named a Top Workplace in the midsize company category and was placed number 3 out of 21 participants. Appletree Answers’ employees were surveyed anonymously on several topics concerning their work experience at Appletree Answers. 458 companies in Delaware were invited to participate and 90 companies were surveyed.  List rankings were determined based solely on responses from the employee surveys.

To announce this year’s recognition as a Top Workplace, Appletree Answers hosted a party for employees at their headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware. The celebration was dedicated to the employees of Appletree Answers. Employees were also surprised with an appearance from Swoop, mascot of the Philadelphia Eagles.

“As long as we are providing a top-notch experience for our employees, we know they are going to provide the same for our customers.” says Emily Ratliff, Director of Employee Experience at Appletree.

Appletree Answers continues to run quarterly themes and employee-focused programs such as their signature program 'Dream On' to help sustain and drive an employee-focused culture. These programs are provided to support employees professionally, as well as personally. Appletree Answers has also recently implemented an application called ‘Idea Flash’. This feature allows employees to submit ideas, suggestions and/or concerns quickly and effectively to managers. It provides employees an opportunity to make sure their suggestions and voices are heard.
