Hermione, who comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and experience, says “I’ve been wanting to get my hands on Legal Centre for a while now, I’ve got some really great ideas to progress the site and am looking forward to dealing with the customer queries”. Here at Legal Centre we are very excited by the dynamic force that Hermione has brought so far. As well as her customer service role she has taken over all of our social media, creating fabulous infographics and keeping our followers up to date with the latest legal news. As if that all wasn’t enough, Hermione is updating our legal news page with a selection of legal articles, quirky factoids and any important updates as and when they happen. Hermione has previously worked for a prestigious local law firm (although she is rather modest!) and therefore has lots of legal knowledge she is keen to share on the news page.
Hermione’s first shake up of Legal Centre was to introduce a phone number! As a legal document download site we had not thought to include this, assuming that customers would rather email. However, Hermione knew that sometimes it is nicer to be able to speak to a friendly person on the phone and that generally things get cleared up quicker and easier! So, if you have any questions relating to our documents and how to download or complete them then Hermione or one of her colleagues are on hand to deal with your query!
