Lower Back Pain Relief - New Clinical Guidelines

John Miller said that, ‘When it comes to anything related to joint and muscle pain, the medical industry has a blind spot. Doctors are not trained to deal with fitness-related issues. They have great difficulty diagnosing the likely causes of back pain and because of that, lack an ability to prescribe a course of action that restores poor function to good.’

‘It’s likely that physiotherapists and their chiropractic colleagues will want to rub, crunch, heat and vibrate the sport where it hurts, rather than people themselves loosening the tight muscles and strengthening the weak muscles elsewhere in the body that are the main cause of the problem.’
