8-Year, 238,450-SF Lease Deal Signed for Tolleson Warehouse

PRLog (Press Release) - Aug. 15, 2012 - A significant lease was recently completed at Westside Business Park Bldg 4, 8602 W. Buckeye Rd. in Tolleson, Ariz. The 8-year, 238,450-square-foot lease transaction is for over 40 percent of the 535,213-square-foot warehouse.

Lee & Associates principals Allen Lowe and Matt Hobaica negotiated on behalf of the lessor, LBA Realty of Irvine, Calif. Tony Lydon and Marc Hertzberg of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant, Communication Test Design of West Chester, Pa.

The Class A industrial building was built in 2007 and is part of the 66-acre Westside Business Park. The building features 32’ clear height, 44 dock doors, two grade level doors and excellent access to Interstate 10 and Loop 101 freeways.

“This property is in a choice location and provides the structural amenities the tenant was looking for,” said Lowe. “A long-term lease commitment maximizes value for both sides. It’s a win-win.”

Communication Test Design will take occupancy this October.
