Lake Nona Introduces Minto Communities to Central Florida

Aug. 15, 2012 - PRLog -- Lake Nona is pleased to announce the introduction of the newest homebuilder, Minto Communities, into its Laureate Park neighborhood.  Lake Nona represents Minto’s entry into Central Florida market, although the award-winning builder has been building homes in southeast and southwest Florida, and Canada for decades.  At Laureate Park, Minto will bring unique, courtyard-style townhome models along with new single-family models.

Minto Communities townhomes will range from 1,500 to 1,800 square feet and feature outdoor living space oriented to the street.  They will also have at least one model with a first floor master bedroom, a rarity in townhomes.  Construction on their model home building began early in August, and model homes will be complete by Fall 2012.  The single-family homes will range from two to four bedrooms and from 1,700 to 2,200 square feet.  Minto will begin construction of their single-family model home in October.
