Under represented individuals from JK Harris, Taxmasters and American Tax Relief continue to gravitate toward DWK Tax in search of IRS or State Back Tax Resolution. Taxpayer calls tax resolution competitor and is interested in retaining services...Taxpayer calls back for some additional questions,  speaks with original rep. Rep says, after additional review because of blah blah, the price has increase an additional $750.00. Whoa! The scenario repeated itself on 3 different occasions, same company, same rep, a price increase for the same, not so interested client. Run for the hills! 2) No Money Down Upfront

Competitor contacted, Speak with one receptionist, takes potential client name, amount owed and unfiled filing information. Placed on hold, new rep comes on the line, asks a few more questions, gets quoted $6,300.00 $1,700.00 retainer for 4 years of W-2 (1) income with a debt amount of $34,000.00 and repayment plan. Really? New client asks, what happened to the no "money upfront"?? Rep says, the first consultation is no money down, you are experiencing it right now. A Tax Attorney will review your account to determine if you are eligible for tax relief. Rep, says can we call you back? Double really?

First of all, why is the client getting a quote for services when tax relief eligibility is not determined? Yikes, run for the hills! DWK Tax Group fees have always been below "gouging" industry standards, DWK's pricing would be a 1/3 of that amount for the same scenario. Be careful.

3) Protect Personal Information Privacy

The company seems to have hired a "reputation repairer" to bury the bad reviews posted in droves. Un-even playing field established by deception. Run for the hills!

Taxpayer be leery...Conduct your due diligence before you sign an engagement agreement, try to avoid learning an expensive lesson the hard way. Google, Bing or Yahoo the company name and type the word "complaints". You will be floored as to what you see. Go deep into the inquiry, lots of money was spent to repair reputations.
