The event will feature keynote speaker, Dr. James B. Maas, an internationally recognized authority on sleep and performance. Dr. Maas is also a New York Times bestselling author, noted filmmaker, professor and frequents national television programs, such as the TODAY Show, NBC Nightly News, CBS This Morning, Oprah and more.
Sweet Dreamzzz is asking for support in various areas to make this year’s benefit better than ever. Sponsorship opportunities are available for companies who want to support the cause and gain exposure at the event. Sponsorship levels vary according to recognition and benefits received. Sponsorship packages are currently being sent out to interested companies.
Sponsors and V.I.P. Ticket holders will be invited to attend a Cocktail reception with entertainment provided by the children’s choir from Detroit Academy of Arts and Sciences, an elementary school choir that has received numerous awards at various statewide competitions and received the coveted “Spirit of Detroit” award. The choir has also opened concerts for Grammy Award-winning recording artist Chaka Khan and Detroit’s own Kem, among other celebrities.
Sweet Dreamzzz is also looking for donated items for the silent auction held at the fundraiser. Donors will benefit by being listed on the event program and having the donation displayed throughout the event. By donating, you’ll be making a tax deductible contribution that allows Sweet Dreamzzz to continue the quest in providing local children and families with proper bedtime basics. Proceeds from the event will go directly back into Sweet Dreamzzz to support sleep programs for children so they wake up each day feeling healthy and motivated to learn.
