Lynn Ward, president and CEO of the Waterbury Regional Chamber, and BFW director, stated that, “During the past 29 years, the BWF has generated in excess of $125,000 in scholarship funds for female Post University students to pursue a business education. The 2012 BWF will feature workshops on the topics of leadership, employee engagement, sales, marketing and social media, customer service and customer relations and more. For 29 years, the mission of the non-profit BWF is our continual commitment to equality of opportunity and advancement for women in business.”
