Far too many 360 degree feedback processes are well intentioned, but their simplicity can hide many traps, and they often produce little net-added value.  Additionally, they can waste valuable time and resources and even damage the performance and development management processes of the organization. However, a 360 degree feedback program does not have to be this way.

During this webinar, Clinton Wingrove, executive vice president and principal consultant for Pilat HR Solutions, and Gail Wise, partner of enVision Performance Solutions, will draw on their cumulative 40 years of global talent management experience to discuss how organizations can implement a more effective 360 degree feedback program.  They will address the do’s and don’ts of a multi-rater processes and explain how attendees can evaluate how well their organization’s practices are working.
