We welcome new students to our class and trust you will not be disappointed in your investment. One of several great advantages you have with the Pit Bulls BBQ School is that we will add new videos which will all relate to professional barbecue competitions and preparation of your meats for everything from FBA, to GBA, to KCBS. We have also uploaded cooking spreadsheets to help you compete in FBA competitions. As we all know, our spreadsheets become our best friends on competition day. Pit Bulls “Up In Smoke” has done the hard work for you – all you need to do is perhaps tweak the schedule according to your smoker – other than that, you will be ready to compete on FBA competition day.
Most of all folks, remember to practice, practice, practice. Your family will probably burn out on barbecue (ours did) but the fruits of your labor will pay off. We can provide you everything we know, but you still have to practice and hone in on what we teach you. The most amazing benefit, as those of you who already have our online Pit Bulls BBQ School know, is that you can take our class with you anytime – anywhere!
