August 14, 2012 -- Grant Davis, owner of GMethod Training & Fitness™ in Westlake Village, recently earned certification from the American College of Sport Medicine (ACSM). Davis currently is accredited with the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) and is a certified nutrition coach through the National Exercise & Sports Trainer Association (NESTA).
In 2012, Davis competed in the Reebok CrossFit Games and currently is ranked 28 worldwide in the Master's Division. His emphasis is helping men and women over 50 with total lifestyle training in fitness and nutrition. A former collegiate rower and tennis player, Davis also works with high school and college athletes developing sports specific fitness training programs.
Davis serves individual and group fitness clients in the Conejo Valley at his Westlake Village studio, Sunset Hills Country Club, Moorpark and instructs members in high intensity circuit training at Fitness Movement, Westlake Village.
