Linium Staffing Helps to Raise $25,000 in Maddie’s Mark Foundation Annual Golf Classic

Aug. 14, 2012 - PRLog -- Linium staffing (www.liniumstaffing.com) announced today their latest philanthropic project fundraiser, the 1st Annual Maddie's Mark Golf Classic, held on Friday, August 10, 2012 at the Western Turnpike Golf Course in Guilderland, NY, was a total success with $25,000 raised by 196 golfers. This event honored Madeline Musto, with 100% of all contributions benefiting the Maddie's Mark Foundation and their quest of making "Best Days Ever" for children and their families.

Linium was both a Platinum sponsor and provided key participants, with Linium players placing third in teams for the 4-Person Scramble Gold Classic and winning prizes for closest to the pin.  Foundation founder and Maddie’s father Matt Musto commented from his Facebook page, “I want to thank everyone that made the first annual Maddie's Mark Golf Classic a huge success. We had 196 golfers for the day and 250 people for dinner. They braved rain, a lot of rain, and still really enjoyed themselves! Through individuals and our corporate sponsors we were able to raise over $25,000 to create many more “best days ever” for children sick and healthy alike. A special thank you goes out to the golf committee for all the hard work they did to make this day a great success!”

The Maddie’s Mark Foundation (www.maddiesmark.org) is a not for profit foundation established in 2012 in memory of Madeline Musto, a 5-year old little girl whose time was short, but whose heart was big. The foundation is committed to providing opportunities, creating environments and enabling people and families to live the best days ever through support for children and their families suffering from major illness, improvement of public and private children’s entertainment, educational and recreational facilities as well as providing financial assistance for remarkable young women.
