Nov. 4, 2012 - PRLog -- Chronicler Publishing is please to announce the launch of Maria Ierfino-Adornato's historical novel, "McCord's Quier Rebellion, that is the story of Mary McCord, a young woman, who in 1837, at the height of the 1837 rebellions in Upper and Lower Canada, chooses to start a rebellion of her own.
She test the attitudes and culture of her day as she rebels against her father and family.
If you are interested in history, particularly that of Canada you will be entertained, informed, and intrigued by young Mary's story,
Mary does not agree with her father's view of the world. Although she tries to change his thinking, she does not succeed, so she decides to follow her own views and thus come in conflic with her family.
It is a story of a young woman with determination and courage.
