Paciello was arrested and charged on a Miami Beach street in February 2012. During this week’s trail, Grieco provided the State Attorney with video of Paciello during the booking inside the police station showing his sobriety. Grieco also provided the court with x-rays of Paciello’s lower extremities showing evidence of surgical implants, explaining his questionable performance on the roadside exercises.

As a result, the judge reduced the charges to reckless driving and Paciello will serve six months’ probation, perform 50 hours of community service and attend DUI school.
