"For many years, MiCTA distinguished itself by offering member conferences in the spring and fall." said Tim von Hoff, Chief Operating Officer of MiCTA. "The conferences gave our members the opportunity to learn about new technologies, issues that affect them and new vendor products and services. We're delighted to be able to present conference events for our members again in an exceptional virtual environment."
The keynote speaker for this year's conference is Alistair Croll, a noted author and technologist. Mr. Croll, Vice President of CloudOps Research, will speak on virtualization and cloud computing, and its current and future roles in institutions and organizations. Mr. Croll has founded several startup companies, including Year One Labs and Coradiant, and has authored several books published by O'Reilly Media.
"We're looking forward to reconnecting with our members in this unique environment,"
The conference is open to MiCTA members at no cost. MiCTA members may register for the event now by visiting the MiCTA website at http://www.mictatech.org/
