YUN FIT announces boot camp to benefit Awaken Women of Excellence

PRLog (Press Release) - Aug. 11, 2012 - The workout will benefit Awaken Women of Excellence, an organization that supports women in the Columbus area as they strive to lead progressive lives. Past YUN FIT charity workouts have raised over $3400 for various causes and organizations in Central Ohio.

The event will take place on Saturday, August 25, from 9:30 – 10:15 a.m., at Dexter Falls Park, 5091 Dexter Falls Road, Columbus. Participants donate a minimum of $15 to join the class, and 100 percent of the proceeds go to Awaken Women of Excellence.

Participants can expect a great workout for a great cause. One of YUN FIT’s qualified trainers will take the class through an awesome fat-burning workout, using body weight intervals, resistance band circuits, and even playground equipment.
