Aug. 10, 2012 - VALLHALLA (August 2012) – On Tuesday, August 7, Blythedale welcomed senior staff members from the Washington, DC offices of Senator Charles Schumer (D – New York State) and Congresswoman Nita Lowey (D – Westchester/
Rockland).
Senator Schumer’s Senior Legislative Assistant for Health Meghan Taira, and Congresswoman Lowey’s Legislative Director Chris Bigelow and District Representative Sonal Shah toured Blythedale’s new inpatient building and saw first-hand the Hospital’s inspiring work with medically fragile children.
