Chef Richard Sandoval Shares His Summer Peach Empanadas Recipe On FriendsEAT

Chef Richard Sandoval, prolific restaurateur and renowned chef, is participating in the FriendsEAT Chef Summer Recipes Series. Chef Sandoval is known for being an advocate for Pan-Latin cuisine and for heading the Richard Sandoval restaurant group which operates over thirty Latin American restaurants throughout the world.

Chef Sandoval shared his Peach Empanada recipe. While empanadas are usually a savory dish, Sandoval's peach empanadas echo Mexican churros for a delightful treat.
