Personal Trainer Manchester
Mark began his sports career playing varsity football before graduating with a degree in Kinesiology and has gone on to focus his career on using his skills to help promote the health and wellness of people from all walks of life. “I focus on helping my clients to improve not just their physiques but their behaviours and health habits. I work with clients ranging from 12 to 82 and believe that everybody can surprise themselves in what can be achieved with the correct guidance.”
Mark has quickly become a well-known personal trainer in Manchester with an intrinsic understanding of what makes people tick. Laura Phillips, one of Marks’s clients tells us “Mark has an understanding of the human body that I think most personal trainers lack. This helps him to make my body change in ways that I have not experienced before. His use of TRX and ViPR has shown me a whole new way of training and his knowledge on diet has been a revelation to me, helping to clean up what I thought was previously a good diet. I have made such rapid improvements since training with Mark and can see why he he so sought after.”
Mark works throughout Manchester and uses some of the many Manchester city-centre gyms to train clients as well as offering home visits in and around the area. “I came to Manchester due to my fiancé moving back here and I really do enjoy life here. I love applying the skills and knowledge I have gained in the states to a new set of clients here in the UK.”
The future for Mark looks exciting. He says that “Since joining MotivatePT I have begun training some really diverse clients including an Olympic athlete and one very famous British TV Actor. The depth and breadth of clientele means that each day offers new challenges and new experiences. It’s what makes my job so interesting and rewarding and is why I chose to become a personal trainer in the first place. Changing peoples life’s and helping them to prioritise their wellbeing is incredibly rewarding. I am passionate about the Industry and always strive to improve my knowledge and qualifications. My plans now are to continue to build my client base and develop my skills into new areas of fitness specialisms.”
Mark is available for home-visits across Manchester to help clients to improve their health and fitness from home. Mark works with clients on a one-to-one basis and can also cater to small groups.
