In his practice, Mehta specializes in strategic patent prosecution, as well as intellectual property licensing, due diligence, and litigation. His patent prosecution experience focuses on electronics, software and medical devices for both domestic and foreign clients. Mehta is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mehta is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He earned his LL.M. in Trial Advocacy from Temple University's Beasley School of Law, and his J.D. at Rutgers University School of Law. He received his M.S. in Electrical Engineering, with a focus on communications and electronic circuits, and B.S. in Electrical Engineering, with a focus on semiconductor devices, from the University of Florida.
