The Buckingham Receives Highest Honor from Greystone Communities at Annual Event

Aug. 9, 2012 - PRLog -- The Buckingham senior living community was awarded the Greystone Diamond Award at the 2012 Greystone Event held in Las Colinas. The Greystone Diamond Award is the senior living development company’s highest honor awarded for distinctive service in a senior living community. The Buckingham was one of three communities to receive the award this year, out of more than 20 Greystone communities nationwide.  In attendance were representatives from The Buckingham, Senior Quality Lifestyles Corporation (SQLC), sponsor of The Buckingham, Greystone Communities, Inc., strategic partners and various senior living communities across the country.

To qualify for the Diamond Award, a community must meet stringent criteria on nine operational benchmarks which include a resident expectation survey, employee expectation survey, first impression visits, financial ratios, hospitality culture implementation, task force participation, professional employee growth, successful licensure, and community accomplishments.
