A portion of the proceeds from the event will go to non-profit conservation ambassadors and educational organization, Zoo to You, who will be at the festival with some of their exotic animals, including porcupines. The entertainment for the first Gourmet Macaroni and Cheese Festival includes local band Sons of Silver and the Silent Comedy Band.
Recipe Marketing Firm, the only marketing agency on the Central Coast specializing in food and beverage marketing, is the official fork sponsor and social media presence for the Gourmet Macaroni and Cheese Festival. Recipe will be providing 100% compostable forks and Facebook updates the day of the event.

They will be setting up a tech lounge at the event where items will be gifted to audience members participating on Facebook every hour. Ticket purchases are $59 per person or $99 per couple and include entertainment, wine, a souvenir glass, a lanyard momento and macaroni and cheese tastings. Beer from Tap It Brew Company will also be available for purchase. Tickets are on sale until August 15th online at pasomacandcheesefest.com. No tickets will be sold at the door, all attendees must be 21 years or older.
