Dixon-Meyers Trailways is acquired by Windstar Lines Inc.

Aug. 9, 2012 - PRLog -- Baltimore, Maryland- August 8, 2012: Three Twenty-One Capital Partners, LLC (321 Capital) announced today that it has successfully completed the asset sale of Dixon Meyers Transportation and Dixon Meyers Bus Company d/b/a Dixon Meyers Trailways in Rochelle, IL to Windstar Bus Lines, based out of Carroll, IA.

Dixon Meyers Transportation and Dixon Meyers Bus Company, headquartered in Rochelle, IL, have been successfully owned and operated by Marvin and Beverly Binkley for nearly 50 years.  The Binkley’s retained 321 Capital Partners LLC to find buyers for their business assets.  Dixon Meyers Transportation was the largest intermodal and flatbed carrier in Rochelle, IL.  Dixon Meyers Bus Company, offered chartered bus services cross country, as an agent of Greatwide Dallas Mavis LLC, as well as offering shuttle services in and around the Chicago, IL area under the trade name Dixon Meyers Trailways.
