Its process is mainly manual from fishing to packing. Desanded naturally in the factory they are then cooked in water vapor, the shell is then taken off by hand and washed in brine to remove impurities.
With the flavour of the sea these meaty clams are of the highest quality and are highly prized in the gourmet's world.
It is a product to enjoy straight out of the tin, with a dash of lemon and a good Albariño wine, both native products of Galicia. Tasting them in good company is a blessing.
