Ryan Hurd, Associate from Cushman & Wakefield, represented the landlord, P6/Saracen 2 Oliver Real Estate, LLC. The transaction closed at the end of July, 2012.
Located in the Financial District of Boston, 2 Oliver Street is an eleven floor, 270,302-sf office building overlooking Post Office Square. Occupancy is slated for the fall of 2012.
