WHY: Having couch-surfed, floor-hopped, and been homeless at different times himself, JOSHUA intends to bring light to the battles a music industry professional must undergo, offer new perspectives toward the current difficult times in our economy and the industry itself, and contribute to community participation towards solving these problems.

HOW: This project is 100% independently funded and resourced. Outreach is fueled by donations made through the websites www.homeontheroadproject.com and www.listentojoshua.com. Los Angeles-based nonprofit Home and Community, Inc. allows donations made directly on the homepage tax-deductible, and proceeds from a simultaneous indie record release of acoustic music, “ACOUSTICS”
