In response to the partnership agreement, Founder of Thruue Inc. Daniel Forrester said, "Colonel David Sutherland served our country with honor, both on and off the battle field. His work with thousands of not-for-profits focused on Veterans, military families and families of the fallen, has heightened the need for collaboration and community-based solutions. We are honored to team as we bring our strategic offerings into unique problem solving situations."
David Sutherland said, “Daniel Forrester looks at every complex problem, applies intellect, common sense, and an intuitive sense of helping others, and leaves his biases at the door. He knows that every complex question has a simple answer, and it's wrong. With his big brain, he comes up with the right answer, for the complex.”
The partnership centers on three key areas of client work:

Dixon Center for Military and Veterans Community Services (Dixon Center)” in collaboration with Easter Seals.
➢ ETHICAL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT:
The two companies will combine the lessons learned of a decade of war with the habits and routines of reflective leaders in order to encourage clients and their teams to look at leadership as an integrated system. Together they will design and deliver innovative and customized ethical leadership development training programs for organizations seeking to grow the next generation of leaders through the unbreakable linkage of organizational values and desired behaviors.
