NHS Education for Scotland takes space at Westport 102

Aug. 8, 2012 - PRLog -- Ryden and Jones Lang LaSalle have confirmed that NHS Education for Scotland has signed up to lease 37,275 sq ft at Westport SARL’s landmark Grade A Westport 102 office building in Edinburgh’s Exchange District.

Advised by GVA, NHS Scotland’s education and training body has taken the first, second and part third floors on a 10 year lease, consolidating three existing premises within the city.  The deal also included six car parking spaces. NHS Education for Scotland joins existing occupiers Synergy, Broadcom, Quayle Munro and Sainsbury’s.

Westport 102 offers over 97,000 sq ft of high quality open plan office space across eight floors with stunning views over Edinburgh Castle and a “Very Good” BREEAM rating.  38,000 sq ft remains available with suites from 6,000 sq ft.

Peter I’Anson, partner at Ryden, has been involved at Westport 102 since project inception and has handled all transactions.  He said: “It’s great to be able to announce this substantial letting.
