William (Wes) Waldo, currently Global COO and Managing Director of North America, has been promoted to President, Americas. Wes has been with BMGI for almost 7 years. In his current role, Wes was instrumental in managing the organization through the North American recession and the subsequent productivity revival demanded by many of our clients. He is a highly sought-after speaker, a major contributor to BMGI’s thought leadership, and has been instrumental in the development of BMGI’s strategy practice. In his new role, Wes will continue to grow the current business while expanding BMGI to the south. With almost 20 years of quality, operations management, and performance excellence experience, along with great expertise in Lean and Strategic Planning, Wes represents the best that BMGI has to offer.
Neil Maslen, currently Managing Director of BMGI South Africa, has been promoted to President, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Neil, who brings more than 16 years of experience in engineering, consulting, and executive leadership, has been with BMGI for nearly a year. In that short time, he has dramatically improved BMGI’s brand and the results experienced by our clients. During his first year on the job, Neil has been invited to speak broadly about business issues, has created significant and unexpected value for several new blue chip clients and has re-established the BMGI Africa brand. As President, EMEA, Neil will seek to leverage synergy across the region, establish industry focus areas, establish client relationships that span continents and build a practice that continues to demonstrate BMGI’s unique capability as a valued and trusted advisor.
