Participate to the objective criticism of a large European telecommunications company dashboard. The company that we will call "Blue", a major European company in the telecommunications sector, has developed a strong presence on the social media networks. Its goal: to use Twitter, Facebook and blogs to promote it’s branding among these social media population of users. In late 2011, "Blue" implemented a dashboard to measure the team's performance and progress of the notoriety of "Blue".
The first version contained numerous errors, mainly in the form. During this workshop, we will detail and discuss together the processes set up by "Blue" to create this dashboard, you will be asked to criticize the choice made by “Blue” and then together we will "correct" this first version to produce a second dashboard better suited to the business needs of the organization.
