Specialist Hired by Royal Dental to Help Service Greater Houston Area

Aug. 7, 2012 - PRLog -- Dr. Warner is originally from Trinidad and Tobago, but trained in the United States. He completed his undergraduate degree in Biology at Howard University in Washington, D.C. where he was awarded the University’s Presidential Scholarship for achieving a near perfect score on the SAT and where he graduated summa cum laude with honors.
Following this achievement, he moved to Connecticut where he studied dentistry at the University of Connecticut Health Center. There he was awarded the Heinz award for being ranked the number one student in his class, along with a prestigious merit scholarship for his many achievements.
At the University of Connecticut Health Center, Dr. Warner spearheaded a team of dentists and dental students to provide dental screenings for Mexican migrant farm workers at tobacco and berry farms in remote regions of Connecticut. His ability to communicate in Spanish proved, and continues to prove very helpful when he has the opportunity to provide dental care to other minorities.
With the unwavering goal of being an orthodontist always on his mind, upon finishing dental school he travelled to Minnesota to pursue a certificate in orthodontics and a Masters of Science in dentistry at the University of Minnesota.

Dr. Warner is board eligible and a member of the American Board of Orthodontics. He enjoys working with both children and adult patients to produce winning smiles and functional occlusions. In his spare time he enjoys biking, reading, tennis, travel, and hanging out with his miniature schnauzer, Neko.
