Mr. Rodriguez's appointment comes at a time when Lear Capital Group are growing at a rapid pace and strengthening its brand as a global provider of Equity and Financial advice. Mr. Rodriguez has worked with and for five major financial companies in Europe, South America and Asia. Mainly using his experience to focus on the origination, execution and monitoring of Equity, Bonds and other investments. He has been involved in making substantial investments in private equity owned companies across Europe and for monitoring those investments once secured. Mr. Rodriguez work experience included roles in corporate finance and M&A advisory in Europe at HSBC Investment Bank PLC and in the United States at 2 Multinational Corporations. Mr. Rodriguez has a BA from Vanderbilt University (USA) and did his MBA at HEC Paris (France) and London Business School (UK).
