"Family, Faith and Football" - Tammy Reid

PRLog (Press Release) - Aug. 6, 2012 - Tammy Reid has been an active member of Laurel House’s Advisory Board for many years. After learning of Laurel House’s work to provide safe haven and supportive services to victims of domestic violence, Tammy knew that she wanted to become involved in the organization. She has always felt so fortunate to have such a wonderful and supportive husband, and it made her sad to think that there are women living in dangerous relationships instead of loving and supportive ones like the one she has with Andy. In April 2012, Tammy was the keynote speaker at a “Women’s Night Out” event where she spoke about “Faith, Family & Football.” Tammy spoke passionately about the fact that Faith, Family and Football are everything to her, and she spoke compellingly about the appreciation and love that she has for her husband and children. Andy and Tammy are great friends to our agency, and we are heartbroken at
the news of their devastating loss. Our thoughts today and always will be with Tammy and Andy and their family.
