PRLog - Aug. 6, 2012 - Compass Pointe, a resort lifestyle community located in Leland, NC announced last week that they have had the most successful weekend of sales to date.
Many real-estate markets are reporting a resurgence in the real-estate industry and we are proud to say that we are among those on the upsurge. Compass Pointe is happy to announce that June marked our largest sales event in our five year history with 41 homes and homesites being sold!
The quickly growing community of Compass Pointe attributes this surge of interest from new buyers to the strategic marketing initiative led by our VP of sales and marketing Mace Watts and advertising agency Maximum Design and Advertising.
The marketing strategy combined the power of new digital and social mediums with older marketing techniques such as direct mail and email blasts. As the campaign kicked off, our phone was ringing off the hook with interested buyers. The result was a whopping 213 appointments in the first 30 days, a number that astounded us all. At the end of the campaign we boasted 758 responses and 24 lot reservations. We ended as we said earlier, at an all time high of 41 homes and homesites sold!
“It’s not always about the newest technology or what everyone else is doing,” said Maximum Design’s Amy Tharrington, “sometimes it’s just about what works for you and that may mean looking to old methods to discover new leads. We’ve really enjoyed working on the campaign and are happy to say that this time we hit the nail on the head.”
Watts commented on the overwhelming success saying “We’ve seen increased sales across the board, with the most desirable homes being entry-level homes in close-in neighborhoods.”
