NDC release a post last week titled, "So You Think You Can Teach? Navigating through your first year in the classroom" here http://online.notredamecollege.edu/ohio-teaching-certificate/so-you-think-you-can-teach/.

"Ohio has made the transition from the workplace to the classroom easier with a variety of accelerated, accessible and convenient educational programs designed to prime current working professionals for a new career in education. Nevertheless, after classes, coursework, exams and student teaching, first-year teachers may have many “what have I gotten myself into?” moments that leave them stumped and, in some instances, overwhelmed," states NDC.
