One company taking these claims seriously is the French/Australian organic skin-care group Avantage Botanique (website: http://www.avantagebotanique.com). They have just released a breakthrough range of skin-care products made from freshly brewed organic coffee.
Avantage Botanique’s research department confirms that their studies point to Caffeine as the latest miracle anti-aging treatment.
Avantage Botanique research director Stephanie Constant confirmed these findings:
“We have done numerous tests and the anti-ageing qualities of coffee mixed with other ingredients is very obvious. Skin treated with caffeine looks years younger”.
Avantage, quick to exploit the miracle qualities of caffeine has produced a facial exfoliator made from coffee grinds and an all-day moisturizer made with concentrated extracts of freshly brewed coffee. The all-day moisturiser has the added benefit of gently tinting the skin a warm bronze colour.
Stephanie Constant noted that it has been known for some time that caffeine holds the key to a many anti-aging remedies.
“…the hard part was finding a way to effectively release it into the various layers of our skin” Constant notes.
However Avantage is confident that it has found a way to do this.
“When the skin absorbs caffeine it dramatically reduces puffiness and blackness around the eyes, decreases cellulite, firms and tighten skin and will act as a powerful anti-wrinkle agent. Big Claims, but Constant is confident her product is effective.” Ms Constant added.
Dr Daniel Goldman, noted dermatologist also confirmed these findings:
“…actually I believe we are only scratching the surface in terms of what caffeine can do for our skin, evidence suggest that it might be a real key to youthful looking skin…..with possible health benefits too”
“I can’t wait to kick start my skin with a coffee boost.” Dr Goldman added.
