SK8 Fanatics Custom Roller Skates Hosts its 2nd "Cali-Slide Skate Party"

Aug. 3, 2012 - PRLog -- PARAMOUNT, Calif. -- SK8 Fanatics Custom Roller Skates will host its 2nd Annual Cali-Slide skate party for rhythm roller skaters. Over 400 skaters and skate enthusiasts turned out for the spring event Easter Sunday. With 3 days of festivities, the “SK8 Fanatics Cali-Slide Skate Party” will draw an even larger crowd from across the nation. The event dedicates an entire weekend to skaters with superior music and skate venue, new experiences, and a platform to show off their skills. New skaters are also welcomed and introduced to the recreation.

Friday, 11/9    Cali Skate-Line, a well-known skate apparel company, has collaborated to host a five-hour dance. Starting at 9PM, the “1st Annual Skate-Line Ball – Masquerade” is for ages 21 & over. $15-$20.

Saturday, 11/10   A free meet-and-greet takes place starting at 5PM for skaters to mingle and socialize. Tonight’s five-hour roller skating event kicks off at midnight.

Sunday, 11/11     Another day full of festivities kicks off with a noon Sunday brunch. The already highly-anticipated skate gear fashion show directly follows at 2PM. Then lastly, the final five-hour roller skating event starts at 10PM.

All of the ancillary events are held at the Hilton – Woodland Hills/Los Angeles, 6360 Canoga Avenue, Woodland Hills, CA 91367. Both skating events are held at Northridge Skateland, 18140 Parthenia Street, Northridge, CA 91325. The skating events are for ages 18 & over, with prices ranging from $14-$18.
