Cross brings more than 20 years of experience in casino hotels and restaurants to his new role, including Restaurant Chef of the Oaks Steakhouse as well as former owner of the Crossfire Grill in Egg Harbor Township and Chef at various restaurants in Atlantic City.
The New Jersey native said that he jumped at the opportunity to work at Greate Bay, a facility known in the region for its good food and innovative menus.
