We are located in Barrio Santa Monica in the city of Santiago de Cali, Colombia. We are also within walking distance from Chipichape Mall, less than a block away from Juan Valdez Cafe on the famous Avenida 9th which is renowned for some of the best boutiques, restaurants, bars and clubs in Cali.
The building was recently inaugurated and this also reflects in the quality of the apartments and its services: 24 hours security, in-door parking. There is also a fantastic swimming pool available and serviced throughout the week.
These are great alternatives to renting a room in a hotel and are cheaper, more private and more fun while also providing a better opportunity to meet locals.
