Business-DNA Solutions GmbH, headquartered in Switzerland, is the vendor of a platform for enterprise transformation management, offering business architecture analysis, and process and data transparency solutions. Both firms are focused on enabling efficient, controlled and smooth processes.

Commercial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Martin Knook and Roland Pulfer will be Directors on the board of Business-DNA.
