Osborne Clarke retail group advises Alexon on successful property reorganisation

Aug. 3, 2012 - PRLog -- The disposal of the onerous leases underpinned a successful rights issue amounting to approximately £20.3million (£18.5 million net of expenses).

Alexon is one of the UK's leading fashion groups with six brands, including Ann Harvey, Kaliko and Dash, and more than 990 outlets throughout Europe.
